Individuals can purchase 1/12th of the ownership for a condo. The costs are then divided equally between the 12 owners. Each person will have one week each season to either enjoy personally or rent out. The weeks are rotating 12. If you receive the first week of the year in 2006, you will receive the second week of the year in 2007, the third week in 2008. If you receive the first week in January, you will then receive the first week in April, July, and October that same year. Swapping weeks or selling weeks within a unit are options.

There are two options available at this time. The Windemere unit or the Verandahs unit.

The Windemere Unit

The Windemere unit is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom oceanfront condo located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ingles, Ruby Tuesdays, the local mall with movie theaters are all within 10 minutes of the condo. The condo is fully furnished with the following amenities: Queen-sized bed in the Master bedroom, second bedroom, and third bedroom. A twin-sized bed is in the fourth bedroom.

The Verandahs Unit

The Verandahs Unit is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom oceanfront condo located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ingles, Ruby Tuesdays, the local mall with movie theaters are all within 10 minutes of the condo.

The condo is fully furnished with the following amenities:
  • King-sized bed in Master Bedroom
  • Two double-sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms
  • Lazy River
  • Outdoor Pool
  • Outdoor Hot Tub
  • 4 color TVs
  • located 3rd Floor
  • Covered Parking
  • Fully Furnished
